Supplier Qualification
All suppliers are audited and approved. Raw materials sourced only from qualified, certified vendors.

Incoming QC
Every raw material lot is sampled and tested in our laboratory before admission to the production facility.

In-Process Controls
Critical parameters are checked throughout manufacturing with documented results on batch records.

Finished Product QC
Comprehensive testing: assay, dissolution, uniformity, and microbiological testing on every batch.

QP Batch Release
A qualified pharmacist reviews all batch documentation and approves release — nothing ships without QP sign-off.

Stability Monitoring
Ongoing stability studies confirm product quality is maintained throughout the declared shelf life.
