Who is excited about learning new tricks to get in shape and be of good health? Healthy living has gone past a trend on social media but a lifestyle worth adopting and sticking to. Consider two choices set on the table for you; (1) eat, drink and put anything you want in your body within your first 30 years and be restricted to a particular diet for the rest of your life or (2) imbibe a healthy diet now, exercise frequently and be free to eat anything every now and then without any restrictions. Which would you choose? Choice no (2) of course!
Tip 1
Cut down on processed junk food; I know, processed junk food is our best friend. Always a stone throw away and so fulfilling! Instead of running to it, you can start preparing your proper lunch filled with veggies before you get hungry. Try as possible to avoid the rush that leads you into the temptation to indulge in junk food.
Tip 2
Get enough sleep; get a planner, plan your day well and stick to it scheduled time. This way, all deadlines will be met, all reading done in time and tasks effectively done. Maintain a healthy routine early on and have a good night rest. Good sleep translates into a very productive day and a happy life.
Tip 3
Drink enough water; make water your best friend! Drink water before every meal, when you wake up each morning for easy bowel movement. Drink water also before going to bed. Your body will be the better!
Adopting healthy habits isn’t as difficult or boring as we perceive. Take these baby steps one day at a time and before you know it, it just comes naturally!
